What to expect after ordering
Ships from on-hand inventory — typical 3-5 business days from order to label. Tracking sent when it ships. I'm a one-person studio handling fulfillment, so if your order has been a while and you haven't heard, ping me. I'd rather have you check in than wonder.
Care + returns
Factory ABS is durable and built for posing and light play. I can't refund or replace figures that loosen with heavy use over time — but if a part breaks or fails, send me a note and I'll work something out.
