About the Micro Articulation line
For the customizers who want a COG infantry squad on the shelf without the full hero-figure footprint — same heavy-armor silhouette, same 13-POA engineering, scaled to 2″ so a squad fits anywhere. This is the BASE version — ready to paint into Carmine, Clayton, Marcus, or whoever your favorite Gear is. Same character is also available as a hero figure (COG Soldier BASE) and as a digital 3D file.
Unassembled option
Skilled customizers and hobbyists can save by ordering the unassembled DIY kit and putting the figure together themselves. You'll need to heat up parts with cavities for snug joints.
Assembly
For pieces with cavities (head, shoulders, lower arm, upper leg), dip them briefly in warm water before fitting them together. Full assembly video here →
Built to last (but)
The joints are engineered to avoid breaks, but like any action figure they take the most stress when posing. We don't refund worn or play-broken joints — but we'll work with you on replacement parts when you order again.
