Custom 3D printed action figures, designed and built one at a time.

You bring the character — I bring 20+ years of articulation engineering, design experience. I've worked on movies, 2 of my own factory produced lines and years of sculpting figures from my own love for action figure design. Whether it's the figure you've been waiting for that nobody manufactures, a personalized gift, or a one-off character from your own world, custom commissions are where Morphonauts gets weird and specific.

What I make on commission

Original characters — full design from your reference art, brief, or concept
Lost-figure recreations — the action figure you wanted as a kid that nobody actually made
Variant builds — customized variations of existing Morphonauts characters
Gift commissions — a one-of-one figure for someone who'd lose their mind over it

How the process works

Send me the brief. DM me on @morphonauts or email morphonauts@gmail.com with your reference, concept, or character description. The more specific, the better. Or you can submit a design request here.
I'll send back a quote + timeline. Based on complexity, scale, articulation needs, and accessory requirements.
Design phase. I'll send you sketches or rough 3D mockups for approval before printing. You stay in the loop the whole way.
Production. 3D printed in custom resin mix at your chosen scale (2.5", 3.75", 4", or 6"). Built with the same 27-POA articulation system as the Morphonauts hero line.
Shipped. Padded box inside a padded mailer. Tracking provided.
