Returns Policy

I design these figures to last. If something goes wrong, I'll work with you.

Physical figures

• 14-day return window for items damaged in shipping or wrong items sent
• Email morphonauts@gmail.com with photos within 14 days of delivery and I'll make it right — replacement or refund
• No refunds on play damage. Joints have stress limits, just like any action figure. Excessive posing or play can loosen joints over time — that's the nature of articulation
• Replacement parts available with subsequent orders — I'll work with you on what you need

Custom commissions

• Custom work is final sale once production starts
• Revisions happen during the design phase before printing begins — that's where you get to dial it in
• No refunds on completed commissions, but I stand behind every piece

Digital files

• Files are delivered instantly at purchase — no refunds
• If something's wrong with the file itself (corrupted, mislabeled, missing pieces), email me and I'll fix it

Refund processing

Approved refunds typically process within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
