Ownership and copyright

All Morphonauts designs, sculpts, photography, and brand assets are © Morphonauts. We've been building this articulation system for eight years — the work is ours.

Digital file license

3D print files are licensed for personal use only. That means:

Print as many as you want for yourself. Build the army, kitbash a squad, print one for every shelf. That's fair use.
You can sell painted versions you've put real work into. Charge for your painting skill, your customization, your commission work — that's your craft.
The file itself stays not-for-resale. Don't repackage, don't remix for resale, don't pass it off as your own design. That's the line.

Commercial use

Bulk commercial use, mass production, or resale of files requires a separate licensing agreement. Email morphonauts@gmail.com if that's what you're after.

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and offers may change without notice. Custom commissions are subject to my acceptance based on capacity and design scope.

Dispute resolution

If something's off, email me first. I'd rather work it out directly than escalate. For formal disputes, terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Morphonauts is registered.
