Your figure is built for you after you order. We don't keep shelves of stock — each one is printed, cleaned, painted, and packed by hand.

• Production time: typically 7–14 business days from order to shipment
• Shipping: USPS Priority Mail (US) / International via USPS or DHL depending on destination
• Packaging: padded box inside a padded envelope — designed to survive the trip
• Tracking: emailed to you the moment it ships
• International: customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes

Digital files

Instant download after purchase. Files are delivered through Shopify's download system and a link goes straight to your email.

Lead times during launches and holidays

Production can extend during new drops and the holiday season. We communicate any delays directly — we won't leave you guessing.
